Ingrédients (pour 1 pot) :
Préparation de la recette :
1/ Faire un caramel à sec avec le sucre :
2/ Faire bouillir la crème et l’ajouter au caramel. Bien mélanger.
3/ Remettre sur feu doux et faire épaissir : lorsqu’on retire la cuillère du caramel elle doit être nappée
4/ Laisser tiédir
5/ Ajouter le beurre demi-sel et bien l’incorporer au caramel
6/ Réserver au frais

Preparation of the recipe:
1 / Make a dry caramel with sugar:
– Be careful not to have children playing around and make sure you are not disturbed for 15 minutes.
– Pour the sugar in a large pan and heat it (medium heat).
– Do not stir preparation until caramel is light brown.
2 / Heat cream until boils and add to caramel. Stir well.
3 / Turn heat down from high to low and let preparation thicken: your spoon should be evenly topped with caramel when removed from the pan.
4 / Leave until it cools down.
5 / Add and incorporate salted butter to caramel preparation
6 / Store in fridge.
